1. Purpose
This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the procedures for cancelling orders and claiming refunds at MW Closet. It ensures fairness and transparency in all customer transactions.

2. Scope
This policy applies to all purchases made through MW Closet’s official website (www.mwcloset.in) or any other marketplaces by customers in India and International markets.

3. Policy Statement
MW Closet strives to offer flexibility to customers while maintaining efficiency in order processing and delivery. Cancellations and refunds will be handled as per the terms defined below.

4. Order Cancellation by Customer
4.1. Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, before dispatch or on receipt.
4.2. To cancel an order, customers should go to website and under orders section they can proceed with cancellation or alternatively can write to us at care@mwcloset.in with their order ID.
4.3. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return under the Returns & Exchange Policy.

5. Order Cancellation by MW Closet
MW Closet reserves the right to cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances, including:
- Product unavailability
- Payment issues or suspected fraud
- Incomplete or invalid shipping details
In such cases, customers will be notified, and a full refund will be processed for all paid orders.

6. Refund Policy
6.1. Refunds will be initiated once the returned product passes the quality inspection process.
6.2. Refunds will be made via the original mode of payment within 5–7 business days or in the mwcloset wallet within 24 hours
6.3. For COD orders, customers will be requested to share their bank details for the refund transfer or can be credited in the mwcloset wallet within 24 hours
6.4. MW Closet is not responsible for delays in refund processing by banks or payment gateways.

7. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, washed, or used after delivery.
- The product is returned without original packaging or tags.
- Customized or sale items are involved.

8. Partial Refunds
In certain cases, partial refunds may be issued based on product condition or logistics charges, as determined by MW Closet’s quality control team.

9. Communication of Refunds
Once a refund has been processed, the customer will receive a confirmation email or SMS containing transaction details. If the refund does not reflect in the customer’s account within the standard period, they should contact care@mwcloset.in.

10. Review Frequency
This policy will be reviewed annually or whenever there are updates to MW Closet’s return, cancellation, or refund processes.
